Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Boneless Chicken (cubed)1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Spring Onions 3-4
Carrots (chopped) 2 medium
Cabbage (chopped) 1 small
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Eggs 3
Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp
Green Chillies (chopped)2-3

Lahsan Paste 1 tsp
Safaid Mirch Powder 1 tbsp
Kaali Mirch Powder 1 tbsp

Gajar(Chokor kati hui)  2 darmiyani
Bnd Gobhi(Chokor kati hui) 1 choti
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Sirka 2 tbsp
Eggs 3

Cooking Methods of Chinese Chicken Fried Rice
Direction In English
Boil rice and drain the water.Set aside on cool place. In a wok, heat Cooking Oil on medium heat and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Then add chicken and stir-fry until water from the chicken dries. Add cabbage,carrots and spring onions and cook for a minute. Add salt and pepper and mix well.Add rice and mix well with the help of two spoons until hot. Boil the eggs, peel it, slice it and spread it on the rice. Add vinegar and soy sauce in the end and steamed it for 10 minutes on low flame. Dish out Chinese Chicken Fried Rice , garnish with chillies and serve hot.
