Ingredients for Chicken Shashlik

1/2 kg chicken(boneless)
red Pepper 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
corn flour 1 tbsp
chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
hot sauce 2 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
capsicum 1
onion 1
tomato 1
sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Shashlik sticks as required
In Roman Urdu
1/2 kg murghi(bgair hadi k)
surakh mirch 1 tsp
kaali mirch 1 tsp
namak hasb e zaiqa
adrak lahsan ka paste 2 tbsp
corn flour 1 tbsp
chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
hot sauce 2 tbsp
tail 1 tbsp
shimla mirch 1
pyaaz 1
tamatar 1
til 1 tbsp
shashlik sticks hasb e zrurt
Cooking Methods

Cut the chicken and vegetables in cube shape. Add all of the ingredients in chicken except for the vegetables. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Insert chicken and slices of vegetables one by one. Shallow fry it on medium heat. Serve Chicken Shashlik with boiled rice.

Murgi aur sabziyon ko chokor kaat lain. Murghi mai sabziyon k ilawa tamam ajza shamil kr k 30 minutes k liye rakh dain. Shashlik stick mai chicken aur sabziyon ko ak ak ker k proyein aur tail mai fry kr lain. Chicken Shashlik ko Ublay huay chawalon k sath paish krain.
