Cooking Method of Chicken sekh kabab

Beat eggs and add cumin powder, Yellow chili powder, White chili powder , salt and oil in it. Add it in minced chicken and set aside for 10 minutes.
Now add ginger, onion, coriander abd all spice powder in it. Mix well and divide in 10 portions.
Skew on skewer with a distance of two inches.
Make 5 skews of it. Heat the grill and cook the skews for 5 minutes. Keep oiling it. When they turn light brown, remove from skew and apply butter over them.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with sauce.
