Chicken breasts 1/2 kg
Coriander powder 1tsp
Onion 1/2 cup
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Brown sugar 2tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Red chili powder tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Peanut butter 5 spoon
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Salt
Oil

Dhaniya powder 1tsp
Pyaz 1/2 cup
Zeera powder 1tbsp
Brown cheni 2tbsp
Haldi powder 1tsp
Lal mirch powder tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Peanut butter 5 spoon
Limo ka juice 2tbsp
Namak
Oil

Cooking Method of Chicken Satay

Direction In English

Mix soya sauce, coriander, lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt and cumin powder and marinate chicken with these spices for an hour.
Skew the chicken pieces and grill then over coal.
Fry onion in oil and add red chilies, brown sugar, peanut butter in it and marinade chicken piece in it. Cook for 5 minutes at medium flame and then serve Chicken Satay with sauce.

Soya sauce, dhaniya, limo ka juice, haldi powder, namak aur zeera powder mix kar k chicken ko us mai 1 ghantay k liye rakh dain.
Chicken ko sekh py laga k koilay py paka lain.
Pyaz ko oil mai fry kar k us mail al mirch powder, brown cheni, peanut butter shamil kar lain aur chicken k piece ko us mai rakh dain. Ab chicken piece ko 5 minute paka kar chatni k sath peysh karain.
