2 tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 cup Chicken stock
1 Red capsicum
2 spoons Sausage sliced diagonally
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Ground pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1 Onion
2 Garlic clove crushed

Cooking Method of Chicken Paella
Direction In English
Cook chicken in oil and fry till it turns brown. Fry sausage for some time and then add garlic and onion in it and fry again. Now add turmeric powder and rice in it and fry then till the rice are oiled well. Now add chicken stock in it and then vegetables cubed finely. Once boiled, reduce the flame. Then put chicken over rice and let it cook for 20 minutes till the rice get prepared well. Before final garnishing, add prawns in it and cook for 5 minutes. Then garnish the dish and serve with sauce.

Chicken ko oil mai fry kar k halka brown kar lain. Sausage ko fry kar k us mai pyaz aur lehson dal k fry kar lain. Ab us mai haldi powder aur chawal daal lain aura chi tarha fry kar lain. Ab es mai yakhni daal k kati hoi sabzi b shamil kar lain. Jab ubala aa jaye tou anch halki kar lain. Phir chicken ko chawal k upper rakh k 20 minute tak paka lain. Phir prawns daal k 5 monute mazeed paka lain aur saja k chatni k sath peysh karain.
