Cooking Method of Chicken Masala Biryani

Fry onion in oil and then spread on a paper and crush it well.
Now add ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, cardamom and all spices in it and fry till it get cooked. Add chicken in it and yogurt, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, and prunello. Fry at low flame.
Now boil the rice and make a layer of boiled rice and pour the gravy and chicken over it turn by turn. Sprinkle few drops of color and lemon wedges over it over it and mix well. Steam the rice and serve with sauce.

Phir adrak lehson paste, dar cheni, ilaichi aur garam masala shamil kar k achi tarha paka lain aur chicken daal k dahi, tamatar,pyaz, aloo aur aloo Bukhara shamil kar lain aur halki anch py paka lain. Ab chawal ubaal k aik layer chawal ki aur aik layer chicken aur masalay ki daalain. Thora sa rang daal k limo ki phankain shamil karain aur achi tarha mix kar k dam py paka lain aur Chicken Masala Biryani chatni k sath peysh karain.
