Ingredients for Chicken Hearts

Chicken 1/2 kg, boneless
Onions 2
Fresh Coriander 1/2 bunch
Garlic 2 tblsp, crushed
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper Flakes 2 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chili Sauce 2 tblsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tblsp
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Oil For frying

Lahsan 2 tblsp, crushed
Namak 1 tsp
Surkh Mirch 2 tsp
Kaali Mirch 1 tsp
Chili Sauce 2 tblsp
Zeera 2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tblsp

In a chopper, finely chop together chicken, mustard paste, fresh coriander, cumin seed, onion and garlic. Add spices and mix it all thoroughly. Press the mixture onto a plate and chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. When the mixture has set, cut it out in the shape of hearts using a heart-shaped biscuit cutter.  To cook, dip each heart first in beaten egg and then give a good coating of breadcrumbs.  Deep fry in hot oil. Serve chicken hearts with hot sauce.

Jb mixture set ho jaye tou heart ki shapes mai biscuit cutter ki madad sai kaat lain. Chicken ko anday mai dip krain phr breadcrumbs mai roll krain. Is ko deep fry kr lain. Hot sauce k sath chicken hearts ko paish krain.
