Ingredients for Chicken Chow Mein

Chinese Noodles 1 packet
Boneless Chicken (cubed)1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Spring Onions (chopped) 2,sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp
Green Chillies (chopped)3-4
Chilli Sauce as required

Lahsan Paste 1 tsp
Safaid mirch Powder 1 tbsp
Cheeni 1 tbsp
Haree Payaz (chopped) 2 ,sliced
1 Shimla Mirch, beech nikalay huay aur finely sliced
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Sirka 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp
Haree Mirch(chopped)3-4
Chilli Sauce hasb e zrurat
Cooking Methods of Chicken Chow Mein
Direction In English
Break the noodles into small pieces and add to 10-12 cups of boiling water. When tender, strain and soak the noodles in cold water to cool. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, sugar,  soy sauce, vinegar and corn flour. In a wok, heat Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and saute garlic for a minute.  Add marinated chicken stir-fry on high heat. Add some water and bell pepper. Cook and add noodles. Mix well on high heat.Add spring onions. Stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Garnish Chicken Chow Mein and serve hot with green chillies and chilli sauce.

 Noodles ko tor kr 10-12 cup ubaltay pani mai pakain. Jb narm ho jaye tou pani gira dain aur thanday pani sai thanda krain. Chicken ko namak, mirch, cheeni, soy sauce, sirka aur corn flour lga kr rakh dain. Oil ko karahi mai garam krain aur lahsan ko bhonain. Phr chicken daal kr taiz anch pr pakain. Thora sa pani aur shimla mirch shammil krain. Noodles daal kr taiz anch pr mix krain. Haree payaz shamil krain. 2-3 minute k liye taizi sai mix krain aur pakain. Chicken Chow Mein ko sabz mirch aur chilli sauce k sath garm garm paish krain.
