Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Balls

Chicken 1/2 kg (Minced)
Cheese 1 packet
Eggs 2
Salt 1 tsp
Red Pepper 1 tsp (flakes)
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Green Chillies 4 (Chopped)
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs (for coating)
Oil (for frying)

Anday 2
Namak 1 tsp
Surkh mirch 1 tsp (flakes)
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Haree Mirchain 4 (katti hui)
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs
Oil (Talnay k liye)
Cooking Method of Chicken Cheese Balls
Direction In English
Add one egg, salt, red pepper, soy sauce, green chillies and cornflour in chicken mince. Mix it very well. Cut the cheese bar into small cubes. Cover this cheese cube with chicken mixture very well and smoothly in round shape. Beat the other egg and dip the chicken balls in it. Then roll them into breadcrumbs. Deep fry these balls. When Chicken Cheese Balls get golden brown take out and serve.

In ko chicken k mixture mai lupait kr balls bna lain. Anday ko beat krain aur chicken balls pr lga kr breadcrumbs mai roll krain. Deep fry krain aur Chicken Cheese Balls ko sunehra honay pr nikal lain.
