Chicken 250 grams (boiled and shredded)
Potatoes 2 (boiled and mashed)
Green chilies 2 (finely cut)
Egg 1 (beaten)
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
Cumin 1 tsp
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander finely chopped
Oil as required

Chicken 250 grams (ubla aur raishay kiya hua)
Potatoes 2 (ublay aur mash kiye huay)
Sabz mirch 2 (kati hui)
Anda 1 (phainta hua)
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Kaali mirch powder ¼ tsp
namk 1 tsp
1 tsp surkh mirch kutti hui
Zeera 1 tsp
2 tbsp haara dhaniya katta hua
Tail hasb e zrurt

Mix chicken and potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, green chilies, red pepper, cumin and coriander and mix well. Make cutlets of the mixture. Coat cutlets first with beaten egg, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken and potato cutlets until golden from both sides.
