Cooking Method of Chana Pulao
Direction In English
Cook grams in water and salt and when they tender, strain water. Heat oil in pan and add cardamoms, clove and cinnamon in it. Then add rice in it and cook for 2 minutes. Then add water in it. Add salt and color as well and let it cook well.
Now add onion, chili powder, coriander, all spice powder, green chilies, mint leaves and garlic in a pan and make paste of it. Fry onion in oil and add sauce paste in it. Then add tomatoes, grams and rice and mix them well. Cook at dum heat and serve with sauce.
