Cooking Method of Black Pepper mutton

Soak mutton for some time.
Put mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and black pepper, oil and water in cooker and put it on stove.
When water dries, mash the mutton. Cook it for 15 minutes at low flame.
Add coriander, mint leaves and lemon juice
Serve Black Pepper mutton with salad.

Cooker mai 1 kilo gosht daal k namak aur adrak lehson ka paste 3 spn, 5 kali mirchoun k spn, oil aur pani daal k rakh dain.
Jab pani sara khusk ho jaye aur gosht gal jaye tou halki anch py 10 mint k liye pakayain. Ab es mai dhaniya aur podina shamil kar k limo ka juice daal lain.
Garam garam naan k sath peysh karain.
