Cooking Method of Bihari Tikka

Mix all the spices and yogurt and paste it over lamb. Leave it for 1 hour.
Nor make the potato pieces and boil them.
Heat the oil and place meat slices in it.
Now add the potato over it along with onion and pour some oil over it.
Add water so that meat do not get disturbed. Cover the pan with a plate.
Let the meat tender. If the water dires, you can add more water to let the meat tender. Keep on a low flame and cook for few minutes.
Serve with sauce.

Gosht ko grind kar k dahi mix karain aur 1 ghnatay k liye rakh dain.
Ghee garam kar k gosht ko fry karain.
Aloo ko un k upper rakh dain.
Ab pyaz upper rakh k ghee daal dain.
Ab thora sa pani dalain aur fry pan ko plate sy dhak dain.
Agar pani khusk ho jaye aur gosht na gaey tou thora pani aur daal dain jab tak k gosht gal na jaye.
Halki aanch py kuch dair pakayain aur phir garma garam peysh karain.
