Ingredients for Beef Roast

Beef 2 kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Ginger(crushed) 6 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Juice of lemons 4
Cooking Oil 4 tbsp

Barha gosht 2 kg
Sirka 4 spn
Adrak 6 spn
Kali mirch 1 tbsp
Limo ka juice 4
Oil

Cooking Method of Beef Roast
Direction In English
Mix ginger, pepper, salt, vinegar and lemon juice.
Paste it on beef and leave for 3 hours.
Then put in large pan, add water and let it cook for 3 hours on medium flame.
When water dries, add oil in it and let the beef tender.
Serve with sauce and salad.

Sirka, adrak, kali mirch aur namak ko mix kar k gosht ko achi tarha laga lain.
Aik barhay bartan mai pani daal k 3-4 ghantay tak darmiyani anch py pakayain.
Jab pani khusk ho jae tou oil dal lain aur jab Beef Roast gal jaye tou garan garam peysh karain.
