Liver 250 g
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion paste 1 tsp
Yoghurt 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Green coriander  2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
In Roman Urdu
Kaleji 1 pao
Adrak 1 tbsp
Lehson 1 tsp
Pyaz 1 tsp
Dahi 2 tbsp
Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Green dhannia 2 tsp
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Namak
Oil 5 tsp
Cooking Method of BBQ Liver Boti
Direction In English
Paste the ginger garlic onion gravy over the liver and leave it for an hour.
Mix the other ingredients in yogurt and paste it over liver.
Leave for another 2 hours.
Wrap the pieces on the skewer and roast then for 10 minutes over coal.
Wet it with oil and roast for further 5 minutes.
Serve with salad.

Adrak lehson aur pyaz ka paste bana k gosht py achi tarha laga k 1 ghantay k liye rakh dain.
Baqi masalay ko dahi laga k kaleji py achi tarha lagayain.aur 2 ghnatay k liye rakh dain.
Kaleji k pieces ko sekh py laga k 10 minute tak roast karain.
Masalay ko khusk kar k oil lagayain aur 2-4 minute tak dobara roast karain.
Salad k sath peysh karain.
