Ingredients for Badami gosht

2 cinnamon sticks
6 garlic piece
1 spn cardamom seeds
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 1/2 inch ginger, chopped
1 1/2 lb lean lamb piece
1 1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 dried red chilli?s

Bakray ka gosht
1 cup dahi
1/2 tsp all mirch powder
1/2 cup badaam
1 tsp namak
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 sukhi hoi lal mirchain
Cooking Methods of Badami gosht
Direction In English
Heat oil and add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and fry for 2 minute. Add onion and fry until soft.
Add garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes. Now add lamb cubes and fry until they turn brown.
Beat yogurt, salt and chili powder together and add to lamb cubes. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Grind almonds with water to make a thick paste. Put paste and whole chilies to lamb cubes, mix it well with gravy. Boil for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add coconut milk in it, reduces heat to low, cover and boil for 35-40 minutes or until lamb is tendered. Remover the pan cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Pour in a dish and serve.

Dahi phaint k us mai namak aur mirch powder daalain au res mai gosht k piece daal k 5 minute tak paka lain. Ab es mail al mirch sukhi hoi b daallain. Mazeed 5 minute tak paka lain. Ab halki anch mai 30 minute tak pakayain jab tak k gosht gal na jaye.
Dish mai daal k Badami gosht garam garam serve karain.
