1/2 kg Arvi
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 tbs coriander powder
3 medium onion
1/2 cup oil
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tsp all spice powder
6 cloves
6 black pepper
2 black cardamom
Salt
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1 Lemon

1 Kg gosht
1/2 kg Arvi
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp lal mirch powder
3 tbs dhaniya powder
3 pyaz
1/2 cup oil
2 tbs adrak lehson paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
6 laung
6 kali mirch pepper
2 barhi ilaichi

Cooking Methods of Arvi Gosht
Direction In English
Fry onion in oil and grind it well. Then add turmeric powder, coriander, red chili, ginger garlic paste and salt in oil and add some water. Add the grounded onion in it and cook mutton in this material till the water dries. Then add 4 glass of water in it and when the mutton tenders. Add arvi in it and cook well till both of the items tenders. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon and serve Arvi Gosht well.

Pyaz ko oil mai fry kar k pees lain. Phir oil mai haldi powder, dhaniya , lal mirch, adrak lehson ka paste aur namak shamil kar k thora sa pani daal k paka lain. Phi res mai pisa hua pyaz shamil kar lain aur gosht shamil kar lain. 4 glass pani shamil kar k gosht k galnay tak paka lain. Phir us mai arviyan shamil kar k pakayain aur jab gosht aur arvi tyar ho jaye tou taza dhaniya aur limo sy saja kar peysh karain.
