Ingredients for Aloo Paratha

2 cups Flour
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup Cilantro
6 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger
Red Chilli
Oil
Salt

2 cups atta
3 cups maslay huye aaloo
1 cup dhaniya
6 hari mirch
1 tbsp adrak
Lal mirch
Oil

Cooking Methods of Aloo Paratha
Direction In English
Mix all the ingredients and make dough.
Make ball of dough and make chapatti shape.
Heat the tava and make paratha. When one side is done, turn the side. Apply oil over it.
Cook till it turns golden brown.
Serve Aloo Paratha with sauce and salad.
