6 black pepper

1 black cardamom
1/4 tsp cumin Seeds
1 tsp. coriander powder
Salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp all spice powder
1/4 cup oil

1/4 tsp zeera powder

2 tbs adrak lehson ka paste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Cooking Method of Aaloo Qeema
Direction In English
Saute the onion in hot oil till it turns light brown. Then add all spices and tomatoes in oil. Cook at medium heat till the water dries. Then add minced meat in it and let it cook till the water dries.
Add 2 glass water and cover it with lid to let it cook till mutton tenders. Then add potatoes in it and when mutton and potatoes are done, sprinkle all spice powder and coriander over it. Garnish with lemon and green chili and serve well.

Pyaz ko oil mai fry kar lain. Phir oil sarey masalay aur tamatar daal kar halki anch par pani khush ho jane tak bhoon lain. Ab es mai qeema shamil kar k pani khusk ho jane tak paka lain. Phir 2 glass pani daal kar dhak kar paka lain aur jab qeema paknay k qareeb ho tou us mai aaloo daal lain. Jab qeema aur aaloo tyar ho jayain tou garam masala powder aur taza dhaniya daal lain aur limo aur hari mirch sy saja kar peysh karain.
