1 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Cooking Method of Aaloo Bengun
Direction In English
Heat oil and fry cumin seed and onion in it. Then add eggplant cubes and potato cubes in it and fry for some time. Then add all the spices and tomato in it and fry for some time. Add half glass water in it and cover the pot with a lid. When the food will be almost done. Remove the dish and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

Oil garam kar k us mai zeera aur pyaz fry kar lain. Phir us mai baingan aur aaloo k pieces shamil kar k fry karain. Phir sarey masalay aur tamatar shamil kar k fry karain. Adha glass pani shamil kar k dhak k rakh dain aur jab Aaloo Bengun tyar ho jaye tou us ko taza dhaniya sy saja kar peysh karain.
